OUR MATERIALS HAVE GUARANTEES
For Direct windows & doors Guarantees we use Synseal legend 70 profile chamfered. All of our door furniture, locks, handles etc is Mila. Our Double glazed units are made on site we use Pilkington glass and our toughened glass is bought cut to size from Ultra tough and delivered overnight for us to make the double glazed unit. Composite door slabs we buy from Doorstop International or Synseal Masterdor. Our manufactured doors are specially brought in from Hallmark.
Our Industry Leading Guarantees Include:
10 Year Guarantee
Covers the supplied and installed frames against inherent defects (impact accidental damage or misuse are excluded). Any plastering or rendering work will be unpainted.
5 Year Guarantee
will cover the sealed glass units against inherent defects (impact, accidental damage or misuse excluded including that no condensation will occur).
2 Year Guarantee
will cover the hardware – fixtures and fittings e.g. handles and hinges (impact accidental damage or misuse excluded).
